Do prices include VAT?+
No. All prices exclude applicable VAT, which is shown in your written quotation.
Who pays cleaners and contractors?+
They are paid separately by the owner or agency unless expressly included.
Which areas do you cover?+
Athens, with seasonal Corfu assignments by agreement. Longer journeys are quoted separately.
What about emergencies at night?+
Overnight emergency attendance requires a separate arrangement. Out-of-hours visits carry a €60 supplement.
Do unused hours carry over?+
No, unused allowances do not carry forward to the next month.
Do you find guests or bookings?+
No. Rental marketing, booking acquisition and rental commission are outside our services.
